Smoke on the Water

From their homemade spices and rubs to the apple and hickory wood, these 3 brothers don’t hold back on bursts of flavor when it comes to smoking BBQ.

JJ and Kevin Richert , Owners and Executive Chefs of Torches Restaurant on Kenmore Ave. in Buffalo, and their creative brother, Mark Richert, have planned to take over the streets AND water of Tonawanda, NY.

Smoke on the Water’s anticipated grand opening will be Spring of 2012, kicking it off with a tattooed pig spinning gracefully in the new smoker, built by the brothers of course.

The smoke and smell of the mouth watering BBQ will trickle down the canal reeling in serious boat traffic. Luckily, there will be outdoor seating on the 2 story deck, tables inside, along with a huge bar to chug back a cold Budweiser. As an added bonus, the restaurant has a separate door for take out.
