Tinsley Ellis

Monday, Apr. 1st
$15 – $20; From: 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Tinsley Ellis – a proud Georgia-based artist, with his new album Red Clay Soul, celebrates a legacy built on performing, recording and song writing. Ellis has chosen to title this new collection Red Clay Soul to celebrate the music of the Southeast. He offers, “Georgia is where the Blues has got Soul. From the gospel inspired Ray Charles, to the R&B of James Brown and Otis Redding, to the Rock and Roll of Little Richard, to the Blues Rock of The Allman Brothers Band, all these acts have one thing in common. They all have the sound of Georgia and down here we call that sound red clay soul.”

“Feral blues guitar…non-stop gigging has sharpened his six-string to a razor’s edge…his eloquence dazzles…he achieves pyrotechnics that rival early Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton.”

Tuesday, Apr. 2nd
$10 – $12; From: 07:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Growing up in small-town Saint Joseph, Mo., brothers Darrion “Dee,” Isaiah and Soloman Radke enrolled in rock ‘n’ roll high school as their ticket out of Nowheresville. The brothers played their first show opening for Fishbone in 2011 and haven’t looked back since. In 2013, the Cat & Mouse and Devil Fruit EPs took Radkey from sweaty backroom punk gigs to storming the UK’s Download Festival and Riotfest in the U.S.

In 2015, Radkey released their debut record, Delicious Rock Noise. The result was an across-the-board detonation of several shades of rock, punk and wild abandon – and riffs, riffs, riffs. Having kicked off 2018 with new music, Radkey’s sound has continued to expand and mature, reflected in the sleek guitar and growing bass on their new tracks “Not Smart” and “Basement.”
