Seneca 101: The History and Future of Seneca One

You are cordially invited to join Douglas Development at Seneca One for a guided tour of Buffalo’s tallest building. We will explore the ins and outs of the building in small groups while touching on the history and future of each space. The tour will take about an hour and is provided at a nominal fee of $10.

Just a couple things:

1. We will NOT be visiting the roof, any M&T Bank spaces, or any residential units as they are all filled!
2. Please wear walking shoes.
3. Dress for the weather.
4. This is still a construction zone, we have to respect the site. Some areas are off limits. Every tour will be different!

Please plan to meet the group outside of Seneca One at the entrance pictured below. You can find this entrance at Seneca and Main St. Anybody over 5 minutes late will be left behind. We will be leaving promptly at the time you signed up for, if you’re late you can sign up for another tour in the future. We would suggest arriving 15 minutes early and heading to the lobby where you will find the safes pictured below.
