Symposium Wine Bar

Symposium was born out of the desire to provide our neighbors with a space to gather, drink good wine and eat good food in a comfortable atmosphere. We’re really excited to be a part of the Village of Lancaster’s growth!

We offer a rotating menu of wines we hope you’ll find interesting and delicious, accompanied by bistro-style small plates. We’ll also be serving up select craft cocktails and a variety of local beer. Partnering with local companies who put as much love into their products as we do in our space, is important to us.

Ultimately, we’re here to encourage you to try new things. We’re here to listen, learn and guide you on your journey to your next favorite wine.
