Salad Bar Truck

The Salad Bar Truck is Buffalo’s ORIGINAL mobile Salad Bar, serving healthier choices and sponsored by Independent Health and their Healthy Options program. You get to create your own fresh, hand chopped and tossed salad.

You can find the Salad Bar Truck at job sites, festivals and fairs, sporting events, other places in Buffalo. Also at Larkin Square on Food Truck Tuesdays.
