Visit Buffalo Niagara operates 2 Visitor Centers – in downtown Buffalo and at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. At both locations you’ll find a friendly face, maps, brochures, Buffalo merchandise, schedules for upcoming events and directions to anywhere you’d like to go. Our representatives will answer your questions about our city and region. Stop by and let us help you discover Buffalo and Niagara Falls!

The Downtown Visitor Center is located on the first floor of the historic Brisbane building, at the corner of Clinton and Washington Streets and is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. The Airport Visitor Center is located on the secure side of the airport, across from the Anchor Bar restaurant, 7 days a week 6am-6pm.
