WNY LGBTQ+ Pride and Wellness 5K Run and Walk

The WNY LGBTQ+ Pride & Wellness 5K event is the only local Pride event with a dedicated focus on LGBTQ+ health and well-being in all of WNY.  The goal of the 5K is to share information about LGBTQ+ providers, services, and affirming care! 

New in 2025 will be the introduction of community presentations by local subject matter experts on a variety of topics impacting the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals and families. Additionally, WNY Shopping with Pride is back as a dedicated shopping village, where attendees can purchase items from local LGBTQ+ and ally vendors, artisans, crafters, and businesses.
