Learn to Make Dough with Chef Sarah Mallare


Chef Sarah Mallare from Ava’s Table at the Vineyard will be in the kitchen at Freedom Run Winery for a dough making class on Saturday, Feb 4th from 1-4 pm. She will demonstrate how to make ravioli, pie and bread. Ticket includes demonstration and sampling, plus a wine tasting, and recipe cards to take home. Chef Sarah has worked in fine dining restaurants throughout WNY and owned Magpie Bakery before joining the team at Ava’s Table at the Vineyard.  Yummy!
