Exhibition: Interfield

Interfield is an immersive artwork by Dennis Maher & Assembly House 150 that transforms 1,800 square feet of museum education space into a one-of-a-kind architectural installation that will inspire creativity and allow for greater hands-on engagement. The opening celebration will include remarks by Maher, an all-ages art activity inspired by the installation, and live music by Vin DeRosa. 

Guided by the artistic vision of Maher and the AH150 team, the installation represents the collaborative efforts of a diverse group of local tradespeople, design-build specialists, and former and current students in our flagship workforce development program, Society for the Advancement of Construction Related Arts (SACRA). Interfield combines specially crafted furnishings and display devices with creatively reimagined found furniture and sculptural objects to create a functional, experiential, and creative environment.
