Author Talk and Book Signing: Rosanne Higgins

Local author Rosanne Higgins will give a talk on her popular novel “Orphans and Inmates” on Tuesday, October 8 at 6:30 pm at the Cazenovia Neighborhood Library, 155 Cazenovia St., Buffalo 14210.  This novel, the first in a series, explores the struggles of early immigrants to Buffalo.
