At Abyssinia Ethiopian Cuisine, the spices are specially sent straight from Ethiopia, so they are able to create new flavors and dishes for customers! Injera, which is sour dough flat bread, comes with the meat and vegetarian combos. These dishes are meant to be eaten with your hands and can be topped with cabbage, spicy lentils, potatoes and beets.
