It’s hard to believe today, but a decade ago there were no food trucks in Buffalo. That all changed in 2010 with the arrival of Lloyd taco; Buffalo’s food scene hasn’t been the same since. Dozens of food trucks now call the city home; Food Truck Tuesday at Larkin Square is one of the largest weekly gatherings of them in the eastern United States.
