Buffalo is a pleasantly artful place. And, thanks to a ramped up public arts initiative, has become even more aesthetically stunning in recent years. The walls, streets and landscapes of Buffalo’s neighborhoods have become a canvas – displaying vibrant massive murals, selfie-inspiring sculptures, and fun interactive creations from the likes of internationally recognized artists like Shantell Martin and Jessie & Katey. In addition to the several sculptures on display at the Albright-Knox, you’ll find visual stimulation in all corners of the region.
Now, simply walking the streets of Buffalo is like taking a tour through a city-wide gallery. Check out our friends, Billy and Pat, showing off Buffalo’s newest murals and take a look at the gallery below for artist and location information for these murals and more.
