First Night Buffalo

The annual holiday family tradition is celebrating its 20th year with activities for all ages to ring in the New Year, including rides, the Dennis George Original Variety Show, storybook forest, music, exotic reptiles, gravity defying PUSH Physical Theatre and more. This year’s grand finale features the Buffalo Envy All Star Cheerleaders performance including confetti and a balloon drop.
The night brings all forms of entertainment ranging from interactive dance, poetry, comedy, to the performing arts like puppet shows and theatrical performances. Costumed characters, obstacle challenges, bounce houses, and jugglers will also be there for children.
Tickets are $8 and are on sale at all area Wegmans locations. They include all rides, games and attractions. Children 2-years-old and under are free. Tickets are $10 at the door. Free parking is available at the Fernbach, Main Place Mall and Turner ramps, courtesy of Buffalo Civic Auto Ramps, Buffalo Board of Parking and Mayor Byron W. Brown.
