The Albright-Knox Rocks!

B-52s at Rockin' at the Knox Pop sensations The B-52s will headline this year’s Rockin’ at the Knox on Saturday, September 27th from 5 to 11 p.m. One of the region’s most anticipated fundraising events, Rockin’ at the Knox will feature outdoor stages with multiple musical performances at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery.
The new wave rock band conquered the United States and Europe in the late 70’s and early 80’s with its savvy hooks, unconventional approach to music-making, and original style. The band have provided many memorable songs and chart toppers throughout their career including Love Shack and Rock Lobster. The B-52s latest album Funplex, was released in March 2008 to rave reviews.

Concertgoers will be able to experience a variety of music experiences including main stage opening bands and jazz in the Sculpture Garden. Cash bars and food will be available outdoors and in the Gallery's restaurant, muse. For more information, visit www.albrightknox.org
