Visit Buffalo Niagara operates 2 Visitor Centers - in downtown Buffalo and at the Buffalo Niagara Int'l Airport. At both locations you'll find a friendly face, maps, brochures, Buffalo merchandise, schedules for upcoming events and directions to anywhere you'd like to go. Our representatives will answer your questions about our city and region. Stop by and let us help you discover Buffalo and Niagara Falls!
The Buffalo Niagara Visitor Center's downtown location features The Star Theatre which offers a wide variety of Buffalo and Western New York videos that are available for viewing at your leisure, and free of charge. Visitors can view a short segment of "Buffalo Stories." This is the perfect way to start your visit around town. We also have internet capability and have the capacity for PowerPoint presentations. This is a great way for school groups to learn about Buffalo‘s architecture, history and culture.
The Downtown Visitor Center is located on the first floor of the historic Market Arcade building, at 617 Main Street and is open Monday - Friday 10am-4pm (open Saturdays too Memorial Day - Labor Day). The Airport Visitor Center is located on the secure side of the airport, across from the Anchor Bar restaurant, 7 days a week 6am-6pm.
