The Buffalo Niagara Visitor Center: Your first stop for information on where to stay, play, shop and eat!
Visit Buffalo Niagara operates the Buffalo Niagara Visitor Center where you'll find a friendly face, maps, brochures, souvenirs, schedules for upcoming events and directions to anywhere you'd like to go. Our representatives will answer any questions you may have about our city and region. Stop by and let us help you discover Buffalo and Niagara Falls!
The Buffalo Niagara Visitor Center features The Star Theatre which offers a wide variety of Buffalo and Western New York videos that are available for viewing at your leisure, and free of charge. Visitors can view a short segment of "Buffalo Stories." This is the perfect way to start your visit around town. We also have internet capability and have the capacity for PowerPoint presentations. This is a great way for school groups to learn about Buffalo‘s architecture, history and culture.
The Visitor Center is located on the first floor of the historic Market Arcade building, at 617 Main Street in downtown Buffalo. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Holiday hours may vary, so please call ahead (800) BUFFALO (283-3256.)

• Event must have a strong appeal for out-of-town visitors
• Event may not be a private fundraiser
• Event must be in close proximity to Buffalo and Erie County

Please note: Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click "Submit Event" at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added. You will be notified if your event cannot be approved.
