Niagara Wine Trail
Situated between the Niagara Escarpment and Lake Ontario, the Niagara Wine Region USA consists of unique geographical characteristics and a micro-climate which is suitable for the production of fruit. Fine vinifera wines such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Cabernet are grown in our region, along with native and hybrid grapes. World-class ice wine, mead (honey wine) and artisan fruit wines are crafted here as well. All within a short drive enjoy the charming towns, restaurants, historical sites, farm markets, and antique shops while you sip the fine wines our wineries have to offer.
