| 7:00 am | Depart Buffalo and travel via motorcoach to Siena College in Loudonville, NY |
| 11:30am-12 noon | Booth set up (You will be paired for a booth share in advance of departure) |
| 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm | Group leader luncheon |
| 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm | Marketplace with group leaders and travel agents. Open to general public 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm |
| 4:00 pm | Tear down and return to Buffalo, arriving approximately 9:00 pm |
