The nation's only inland naval and servicemen's park located on the waterfront in downtown Buffalo. Social events are normally held under a canopy on the after end "Fantail" of the ship. The Center for the Arts is the largest state-of-the-art multivenue art-presentation facility in Western New York. The 250,000 square foot building houses four theaters, a screening room, two galleries and a spectacular atrium lobby. Sean Patrick’s restaurant was formerly known as the “Pine Lodge” and was established in 1948 by a German immigrant named Oscar Rabus. The restaurant was bought and renamed after the current owner Sean Patrick. Sean Patrick’s seats approx. 80 people in its main dining room, with an additional 50 people in its Garden Room, which features a room-sized, hand-painted mural of the map of Ireland. The newly constructed banquet room, named the Emerald Isle, accommodates seating for 230 for weddings, showers, luncheons and business meetings.

A beautiful mansion built in 1898 by Stanford White. Built in the Georgian Revival style, the mansion has four levels and 21,000 square feet. Within the mansion’s four levels are a fully equipped conference room, a richly paneled boardroom that can be used as a dining room, large and small reception areas, several executive-style classrooms and meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art computer lab, office space, and a working kitchen. Outdoor events for up to 300 people can be accommodated on the Butler House’s 2.5 acres of tree-shrouded grounds. Catering for meetings and events at the Butler House is provided by the Park Lane, one of Buffalo’s finest restaurants.
