Only corporate entities or non-profit organizations may reserve use of the Gallery for functions pertaining to their corporate interests. No fundraising events, advocacy group parties, or religious events or ceremonies may be held in the Gallery. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 348. This beautiful, historic museum and research library was built in 1901 for the Pan-American Exposition and is devoted to the preservation of the history of WNY. No fundraising events. The nation's only inland naval and servicemen's park located on the waterfront in downtown Buffalo. Social events are normally held under a canopy on the after end "Fantail" of the ship. The Center for the Arts is the largest state-of-the-art multivenue art-presentation facility in Western New York. The 250,000 square foot building houses four theaters, a screening room, two galleries and a spectacular atrium lobby. The two-story Atrium Lobby is a 7,000 square foot area that can accommodate a standing reception for up to 2,000 people or seat up to 400 for elegant dining. The 1,748-seat Mainstage is capable of adapting to virtually any activity. The Drama Theatre offers an intimate space with each of its 388 seats providing an ideal view of the stage. The Screening Room is available for film, video and slide presentations. The theater’s small stage is ideal for lectures or panel discussions. Sean Patrick’s restaurant was formerly known as the “Pine Lodge” and was established in 1948 by a German immigrant named Oscar Rabus. The restaurant was bought and renamed after the current owner Sean Patrick. Sean Patrick’s seats approx. 80 people in its main dining room, with an additional 50 people in its Garden Room, which features a room-sized, hand-painted mural of the map of Ireland. Within the mansion’s four levels are a fully equipped conference room, a richly paneled boardroom that can be used as a dining room, large and small reception areas, several executive-style classrooms and meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art computer lab, office space, and a working kitchen.
