The Aquarium of Niagara is a non-profit institution, dedicated to education and conservation. The Aquarium strives to create a family-friendly atmosphere, where people of all ages can engage the beauty of the underwater world! You won't want to miss as our California sea lions swim through the pool, soar through the air, and they slide across the stage! Shows are scheduled throughout the day, and sea lions can be seen in their 100,000 gallon exhibit in between show times. Our colony of Humboldt Penguins can be seen on exhibit, waddling, hopping, and shaking their tail feathers! Penguin feedings and keeper chats are scheduled during the day. Rescue Harbor features the Aquarium's rescued harbor seals, who were all placed our care after being deemed unreleasable back into the wild. Watch a session and hear their amazing rescue stories told by our team of trainers. The Aquarium features over forty living exhibits that highlight local species, and fascinating creatures from across the globe! The Aquarium of Niagara opens daily at 9:00AM. Closing times vary seasonally.We are open everyday of the year, except for Thanksgiving (US) and Christmas. Adults ($10.00), Seniors ages 60 + ($8.00), Children ages 3 to 12 ($6.00), Infants ages 2 and under (FREE), Aquarium members visit free everyday.
