Forrestel Farm

Step back in time on a fifth generation 800 acre working farm. See the lovingly preserved Greek Revival Farmhouse built by the Holland Land Company in 1825. The magnificent 19th century gambrel roof barn and stable are situated adjacent to a three acre pasture enclosed by a dry stack stone wall.
Daily farm tours start with a guided tour of the historic property and barns. Then a hands-on demonstration and talk about the horses. A hayride to a cattle farm follows. Enjoy a farm fresh, home cooked meal in the outdoor eating house, and finish with a visit to the Forrestel gift shop.
Forrestel also is home to one of the finest Equestrian Camps; and is a beautiful setting for your family, organization, school or company to hold an event.
