This newest Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant features an on-site brewery where diners can experience Gordon Biersch’s award-winning house beers along with limited-time brews to compliment all seasons. Each seasonal beer is celebrated with a tapping party that’s open to the public. Lager fans also will discover special beer produced only at the Buffalo location.
But don’t forget the food! The Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant menu features a made-from-scratch American menu with bold international flavors. Diners can enjoy Blackened Ahi Tuna, Tuscan Chicken Pasta, Cedar Plank Pecan Crusted Salmon, and signature garlic fries, just to name a few. For non-beer drinkers, there is fresh-squeezed lemonade and house-made root beer, along with other drinks. The Bread Pudding is one of Gordon Biersch’s best-selling desserts.
