There are 30 meeting spaces for use of the general public that can accommodate up to 500 people. Room setup and breakdown, as well as AV and other equipment, are included in the room fee. Satellite teleconferences (downlink only) is available. Food service may be included for a separate fee. Housing is available from early-June to mid-August. The fees depend on group size. There are discounts for non-profit groups. Parking is free of charge.
