International Peace Garden established in August 2011 at the Hull Family Home & Farmstead Site will be rededicated as part of War of 1812 Bi-Centennial events this summer. Free event includes tours of the c. 1810 Hull Family Home, one of the oldest homes in the Niagara region and a rare survivor of the War of 1812 period. The Peace Garden features local flora, heritage herbal & medicinal plants, and "Carvings for a Cause" sculptures commemorating local figures General Albert Myer and Ebenezer Walden.
