Act I – Cocktails/Dinner/Entertainment | |
| 5:00 – 5:45 p.m. | Cocktail reception in Shea’s Grand Lobby, open to the general public, with a cash bar. |
| 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. | Creative Black-Tie Gala Dinner on Shea’s stage including additional seating on the balcony level. Gala Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance by calling 847-1410. Tickets are $85 per person $160 per couple (before September 1) $95 per person $180 per couple (after Sept.1). Corporate tables are available $1,100 before August 5th and $1,300 on or after August 5th) |
Act II – Curtains Rise! Theatrical Performances | |
| 8:00 p.m. | The evening continues with performances at participating theatres, starting at 8:00 p.m. See schedule of performances below. |
Act III – Party! | |
| 10:00 p.m. | Following the performances, a free community celebration offering a variety of unique and new entertainment will be held following the theatrical performances, from approximately 10:00 p.m. to 1 a.m. on the 600 block of Main Street in Downtown Buffalo’s Theatre District.
