BUFFALO, N.Y. – March 4, 2011 – For those interested in hosting a conference, retreat or family reunion, free assistance is available from the Buffalo Niagara Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB).

CVB Multicultural Sales Manager Dionne Williamson will host a free seminar on conference and family reunion planning on Tuesday, March 15 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Frank E. Merriweather, Jr. Library, located at 1324 Jefferson Ave. in Buffalo.

Representatives from some of Western New York’s cultural heritage organizations and businesses will also be on hand to explain the services they offer. Free materials will be available.
