CVB & First + Main Media Release National Garden Festival Video
Video promotes second annual festival, which runs June 24 to July 31
BUFFALO, NY, April 1, 2011 - The Buffalo Niagara Convention & Visitors Bureau and First + Main Media have partnered to release a new video to promote the National Garden Festival.
The video runs one and a half minutes and features footage of Garden Walk Buffalo, the festival’s Front Yard Garden Competition, the Buffalo & Erie County Botanical Gardens, Buffalo’s Frederick Law Olmsted-designed parks and Forest Lawn Cemetery. It also includes an interview with New York Times best-selling garden author Amy Stewart.
The video can be found on YouTube and at www.nationalgardenfestival.com.
This summer, from June 24 to July 31, Buffalo will celebrate the second annual National Garden Festival. With 17 garden walks (including Garden Walk Buffalo – the largest event of its kind in the country), workshops, nationally-recognized speakers, a Front Yard Garden Competition, open gardens, and a series of bus tours, this five-week-long festival has something for anyone with (or without) a green thumb.
